I want to receive a gift I added from another website, but it's only giving me the option to withdraw funds - how can I receive my gift?

If you're only seeing the option to withdraw funds for an external gift you have added to your registry, it may have been set to receive the cash value rather than the gift.

When an item is added from an external site, there are two options to select from: redirect the guest to the external site to purchase or to receive the cash equivalent (this is considered a cash gift).

Not to worry, there are two easy options to help you receive the gift:

  1. Transfer the funds to your bank account to purchase the gift (or use the cash for anything, the Gift Giver won’t know!)
  2. Convert the cash to Zola credits (if you convert them, please be aware the funds can only be able to be used to purchase Zola products or gift cards)
