We had the most incredible wedding at Bay Pointe Woods in May 2024, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The venue is absolutely stunning, with beautiful natural surroundings, serene atmosphere, and perfectly maintained grounds. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making our special day feel effortless and stress-free. From the moment we booked, we felt completely supported. The team at Bay Pointe Woods was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we dreamed of. The outdoor ceremony space was breathtaking, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how perfect the setting was. The reception area was equally impressive, providing the perfect backdrop for a fun and elegant evening. We loved that everything was seamlessly coordinated, and the flow of the day was smooth from start to finish. The Clark’s Lakeside

5.0

Homer, MI
  • Up to 200 guests
  • Select services
  • Outdoor & indoor
  • Starts at $1,800

We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly, we began adding amenities to the property. In 2020 one of our daughters got engaged. As she began looking for a venue to host her wedding we came to realize that the perfect spot was right in front of us. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work to create a beautiful wedding venue. There are many opportunities on the property for one of a kind pictures. There are two picturesque options in front of the lake for the service and a new reception building that can seat up to 200 guests. With a 5 acre campus larger weddings can be accommodated with tent rental.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Private area for the wedding party
  • Multiple event spaces
  • Natural elegance with open spaces

Venue considerations

  • No on-site guest accommodations
  • Does not allow pets
  • Additional event staff required
We had an impeccably amazing experience with the Clark’s and their venue for our daughter’s wedding. From the first time we met them, Todd and Tammy were gracious, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. They are an amazing Christian couple who shares their beautiful property selflessly with others. They ensured we had everything we needed and that all of our questions were answered. They were reliable, kind and helpful every step of the way up until we left the premises after everything was over. The venue is so peaceful and beautiful, a perfect place to experience the joy, hope and love that weddings are all about. Highly recommend The Clark’s Lakeside!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Words truly can’t express how incredibly grateful we are to have hosted our wedding at Of the Land! From start to finish, our experience was absolutely phenomenal. The team went above and beyond to bring our fairytale vision to life, and we’re forever thankful for the care and dedication they poured into making our day a real dream come true! The staff was nothing short of immaculate—warm, professional, and so attentive. The entire property radiates love, and the atmosphere is simply magical. Everywhere you turn, you’re surrounded by breathtaking scenery—from lush greenery to picture-perfect open skies. The sunset on the property was especially unforgettable and made for the most beautiful golden hour moments! We stayed in the farm flat Airbnb on-site, which made everything feel so convenient and comfortable. While there were a few buggies that made their way inside, everything else was flawless and incredibly comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting to celebrate such a special moment in our lives. One of the most heartwarming parts of our day was a visit from the venue’s sweet adopted kitty, May. She made a special appearance that absolutely melted our hearts—we completely fell in love with her! It’s little moments like that which made our wedding feel so personal and memorable. Of the Land is a venue that truly shines from the inside out. We’ll cherish these memories forever! Thank you so much!!
