“We met with Camille, the owner of Juniper and Rose, several months before the wedding date to discuss the flowers. Neither my wife nor I had any real background in flowers and decorating, so we came into the meeting with only very vague ideas. Camille spent a lot of time walking us through choosing our decorating inspirations and the various flowers that she recommended, as well as adapting all our conversations to our wedding colour combo of navy and green. Honestly, giving her the creative freedom to work in response to a couple of inspiration pictures and our discussion about flowers was the best choice that we could have made in choosing a florist. She took those half dozen pictures and vague references to an arch and "extra flowers like a meadow?" and turned it into the most gorgeous installation that she assembled for us on the spot the day before the wedding. We loved that she used recycled and upcycled materials for the arch rather than single use mass market items, and her design used live greenery wherever possible. “Katie was a breeze to work with! I am not big on real flowers and wanted something that would represent my husband and I. Her prices are comparable to real flowers and are even more lovely! I love that her flower designs mimic real flowers and that foliage was an option. She took the care to make sure I had what I wanted and sent me multiple pictures during the process and of the finished result before we picked them up for the wedding. She accepted my feedback and made changes to the bouquets to match my vision. I still have my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere as keepsakes that remind me of our special day. I would use her services again and again!”

“We were so happy to work with The Finest Details! We utilized The Finest Details for wedding planning, day-of coordination, decor, and florals. As an out of town bride, we were really pleased that we had one person overseeing lots of elements of our wedding. Sheila stayed within our budget, which was not enormous considering the pricing of weddings these days. Since we rented our decor from Finest Details, they handled set up and tear down before and after the wedding, which allowed my family the flexibility to enjoy the wedding day as well. When some of our vendors didn’t show up on time, Sheila was our advocate and helped us get some of our fees comped. I could not recommend this company enough!!!”

“I connected with J&M about 4-5 months out from the wedding through my wedding coordinator. They had some pics of past work, not much that was really my style, so I was nervous about that but they assured me they could customize anything to my taste. Since they didn’t have what I was looking for they said they would order what I wanted. The problem started when to secure my date they required I sign a contract for a specific number/type of center pieces (charging a set price/centerpiece) before I had my venue booked. I ended up needing to change the numbers we had agreed on when I finally booked my venue because we had estimated for the contract since I didn’t know how many of each table size/shape the venue would have. J &M did not want to let me change the numbers on the contract (which we had both agreed at the time we came up with them were only estimates) and only did so once my wedding coordinator contacted them about it. They also were not able to give me any pictures of what my center pieces would look like at any point before the wedding which was a little scary as a bride who likes to have everything planned out well ahead of time. The centerpieces and decorations ended up looking great the day of the wedding, but the whole process was more stressful than I would have preferred. Their communication was mainly through email and often they would not reply for over 24 hours, which was frustrating if we needed to have a 2-4 email exchange about something because it could take days to resolve a simple question. Their pricing is very competitive in the market and the work they did ended up looking amazing, but overall working with them added a lot of stress to my planning process. They also did my bouquets and decorated the arch I provided and those two aspects came out looking wonderful as well. I would recommend them if you are super chill and don’t care to be involved in any details and have your venue booked by the time you contact them.”
