Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farmhouse with towering giant trees. The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farmhouse with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you. We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 18 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

The Carolyn Baldwin Lake Pavilion is named after our dear loved one, Carolyn Varner Baldwin, who unexpectedly passed away in 2008 due to an allergic reaction. She was the matriarch of our family and a beautiful, one-in-a-billion type of person with a generous and loving spirit. She was a talented gardener, a devoted fisherwoman who could out-fish the best of 'em (we're talking "sun-up-til-sundown" kind of fishing), was creative and artsy, and never knew a stranger. We felt it only fitting to name this lovely place in her memory. We are a family-operated business. Joanna is the General Manager and works with each client to accommodate varying event needs. She handles a wide range of aspects of the business, from answering questions about what will make your event run smoothly to giving you layout suggestions. She has worked with over 200 wedding & event clients over the last 10 years and has learned quite a bit about weddings & event planning through her experiences.

Longacre boasts over 2 acres of boxwood and garden spaces to create a beautiful outdoor and English Garden wedding scene. We have several locations within the grounds for receptions and ceremonies to accommodate 25 to 150 guests. The Gazebo works as both a great wedding arch with the fountain area perfect for reception gathering of a Tudor house backdrop to your ceremony. Grounds can be rented for the day or the entire weekend, including the entire house and Carriage House for your caterer and wedding ready space. CountyLine Vineyard & Venue is an off the beaten path wedding venue set in the countryside of central Virginia. Shortly down the lane in view are a picturesque venue barn, vineyard, pre-civil war log cabin, and fields offering beautiful backdrops for a wedding ceremony, reception, and photographs. Artistic wood features abound throughout the barn. Much of the wood, harvested right from the property, was meticulously shaped by hand to add a warm artistic feel to the spaces within. Along with a 2,000 square foot banquet room, there's a bridesmaids get-ready suite, caterer's prep room, restroom facility, and an outdoor bar and patio areas. Also located on the property is a pre-civil war log cabin available for overnight accommodations for event guests. Tiffin Farm is a small, regenerative farm in Free Union, Virginia. Originally built in the late 1970s, the newly renovated barn is a grand and inviting location for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Today, Tiffin Farm continues to be a working farm as we raise a herd of Red Devon cattle and steward the land. With abundant natural lighting, the barn is immersed in the center of the farm with views to the Blue Ridge mountains, our pond, and surrounding pasture. Guests are able to watch the sunset over the Blue Ridge while seated during the reception. Just steps from the barn, the Ceremony Lawn is framed by quintessential Virginia views and is equipped with power outlets for a hassle-free ceremony.
