Hi! My name is Sophia Gouirand and I currently live in Orange County. I have been baking ever since I was a little girl satisfying the sweet tooth of my family and friends. I always had a passion for baking, but catering for my friend’s baby shower made me realize I wanted to turn baking into more than just a hobby. Baking gave me the fulfillment I could not find elsewhere.

I started baking in my early teens for fun. Home-style baking at first, then training in my cousin's bakeries in Solvang, California. Hi, I am Kourtney! I am a self-taught Baker who is passionate about pie. With the help from my husband Rodrigo we have created With Love, From Scratch. In 2011 a friend of mine was getting married. She asked me if I knew of a place in Orange County that baked great pies. After searching around a bit, I could not find a unique pie shop to cater her wedding.
