To save, avoid anything that needs to be installed day-of and stick to “wear and carry.” This means the florist simply drops off the arrangements (bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, etc.) at your venue for you to place yourselves. She even worked with our schedule to come meet us at the venue with samples to finalize all the details. A few days before the wedding we ran into a small issue around the Chuppah structure we chose and she made sure to call us right away to explain the situation, and came up with alternative solutions that did not require any additional charge.
