We had the pleasure of working with Sage Newkirk at HVC. For our January 2024 wedding, Sage was hired to work with us for the month leading up to the event and to be with us for the welcome reception and wedding day. She was communicating with us well in advance of that timeline and available to answer questions, always helpfully. We learned a lot from each chat with Sage, especially when she joined us for a walk-through of the venue. So many great tips and ways to help us stay organized! When Sage and her assistant joined us for the actual wedding weekend, they were above and beyond all of our hopes. Sage was so on top of things, thinking ahead and keeping us on time, and I can't say enough about how easy she made everything for us. She was calm, kind, and prepared for literally everything. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

The check-ins throughout the planning process were always well timed and exactly as thorough as we wanted and needed them to be at each juncture. Charisa was especially helpful in providing us a timeline months before my event to keep me on track with all of the little things that may otherwise have added up and led to last minute stress – instead, all was easy breezy. We cherished the tips given from Charisa because there were plenty of things we never would have thought of, and Charisa was always several steps ahead of us in addressing them and/or flagging any concerns related to our plans. Charisa was our point-person on the day, and I’m not sure she could have done a better job had she spent every moment up to the event planning with us! 1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. OH and did I mention that by the time we hired Evelyn, we had less than 6 months to accomplish EVERYTHING?! Yup - she's THAT good. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. Working with Greta for our February 2025 wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we met with her (and even before we signed a contract with her) she was incredibly supportive and helpful. If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. She'll be real with you about what's possible within your budget and she really helped us stay within ours - she has a great system that she provides you access to. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. I'm just sad that our wedding is now over and we won't have a reason to connect! We love you Greta!!!!

She was extremely kind and someone who genuinely understood the venue and the details that mattered most to us. The planning process and tools that she provided were exceptional - clear, organized, and thoughtfully designed to keep everything on track. It was clear she had worked with Audrey's many times and knew exactly what needed to happen in order to have the perfect wedding day. We especially appreciated all of the tips that Mia provided on the Merry by Mia Instagram account. She truly provided the information we needed, when we needed it. Once we were paired with Lindsey the planning felt effortless. She was calm, cool and collected every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, Lindsey truly stepped up. She managed every little hiccup while staying professional and taking care of things so we didn't have to stress about them. Her ability to adapt quickly and find solutions without sacrificing quality or style was a game changer. She gave us total peace of mind which is exactly what we needed. We can confidently say having a wedding planner is an absolute must (even if you do it for a living!) and the Merry by Mia team is truly the best. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I couldn't recommend them more if you need help on your wedding day.

Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. These two allowed me to be completely present on my day and blocked out all the noise for me and I can't thank them enough for that. I will forever be grateful for Jess and Jackie and I highly recommend you book them ASAP!!!

I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We got tons of compliments from our guests at how lovely the entire wedding was and I know we could not have pulled it off without Charissa / Simply Loved Weddings!!
