The centerpiece of the property is the 30-acre private lake backdropped by 300 acres of open fields and 400 yr. old evergreen trees providing year-round beauty and privacy for your ceremony. The 7200 sq. ft. rustic barn pavilion and 420 ft. covered veranda overlook the lake. We are 30 minutes from Farmville, Blackstone, and South Hill Virginia. For families who may have guests who are spread out throughout the state or tri-state area. The venue boasts a beautiful waterfront ceremony area, but also offers an intimate and romantic indoor area for an inclement weather contingency plan.
