Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. The Denver Athletic Club is a private membership owned club that was established in Denver in 1884. The DAC moved to it’s current location in 1892 and has expanded in the years since to now occupy the entire city block.
