I DJed my sister’s wedding at Rhinegeist Brewery and it was amazing! The cocktail lounge and signature room were perfect, the staff kept drinks and important moments flowing, and everyone loved being able to head up to the main taproom after the party. The dancefloor area was wonderful, and Jess, the venue coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure Beatriz and Brendon felt taken care of. The building, was used as a hunting lodge for Western & Southern executives in the early 1900s before being restored in 1942 by Walt Ballanger, who made his mark in the community by serving delicious smokehouse ribs. In 1958, Bill Melton purchased and successfully ran the business for 50 years. Today, Walt’s, under new ownership since 2012, continues to welcome people with a unique equestrian theme by preserving Walt's rich history and traditions. Outside, the property has colorful landscaping, Walt’s Rib Smokehouse and stunning entry doors. Walt's has 4 private dining spaces that seat from 10 to 100 guests.

Walts did a wonderful job with our reception. The food was out of this world and the service was even better. The room was set up perfectly and had a plenty of space for dancing. I highly recommend Walts for any occasion.
