They offer several customizable options for bridal/ groom suites, catering, cocktail hour, and reception. The main ballroom looked stunning especially the two main chandeliers.\nAlthough the packages/ guidelines seemed rigid, we were eventually able to get most of the results we were looking for through some tinkering and back and forth correspondence. We were very impressed by the catering and waitstaff as the food received several compliments throughout the night. The only complaints on our end would be the temperature regulation of the main ballroom, which I'm sure comes with the building being older, and some areas of “hospitality”. There were a lot of things that were agreed upon in person but when it came time to be put into writing, those conversations were either misunderstood or backtracked.
