“Living in AZ a majority of wedding venues are desert landscaped, which is beautiful but not something I was looking for. I also noticed while looking at other venues the background of the ceremony had buildings or houses that were visible in the pictures, again, not something I was looking for. After months of searching I came across Venue at the Grove and absolutely fell in love just by looking at the pictures alone. I set up a tour and let me tell you pictures do not do that place justice. Seeing it in person during the day and at night with all the trees lit up is absolutely beautiful!! The venue is all inclusive which helped tremendously because during that year leading up to the wedding I can honestly stay I was stress free (minus the seating chart lol) Communicating with the staff was great and their timelines getting back to me about all my questions was always right away. Trinity was our coordinator for wedding day and she was truly an angel.”

Starting at my trial, she made me so comfortable and even sent a prep sheet on how to best prep for this. She listened very intently to what I was saying I wanted and took the time to go through inspo photos I had saved to pick apart what I liked and disliked. After the trial, she was communicative leading up to the wedding day. On wedding day, she was very adaptable, as we had a small space to set up in and the room got very warm. We wanted someone who would “get us”, to be able to navigate all the craziness of an older audience… we were a small party but one with multiple challenges and Maya made it fun, entertaining, and exciting. She got everyone to participate no matter how much they declined. I’m so grateful that we found Maya! She’s full of energy and she goes out of her way to make sure that everyone is included, double checks with the bride and groom to make sure that we got everything covered that we wanted. By the end of our initial interview with her, she already felt like part of the family… if I had to do it all over again, I would hire her in a hot second!!! (I'll probably created reasons to hire her brilliance again.) Don’t let this one get by!!! Every BRIDE needs a MAYA!!!
