Primrose Cottage, a quaint name that is seemingly deceptive, has enchanted visitors with its presence in charming, historic Roswell since 1839. Roswell King lovingly built the home for his daughter. The wedding venue itself is large in size, but offers a very intimate setting, perfect for your spring or summer wedding. Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home and ballroom are hidden from outside view. Primrose Cottage possesses secret enchanting gardens, luring its guests to a quest of discovery.

Built in 2007 and remodeled in 2022, The Barn at Sunrise Farms sits atop Sand Mountain overlooking the hills and valley of North Georgia. Land Family Home is a boutique events destination and nature conservancy. We offer unlimited possibilities for your wedding. Bring your ideas and imagination, we offer many event location options and configurations across our 60+ acre nature conservancy. Design a porch wedding in an idyllic natural setting for a boutique style event. For outdoor weddings we offer a Tractor Shed that's been converted to an open-air performance stage surrounded with 360 views of meadows and mature trees. Host a cocktail hour in the orchard and enjoy the dozen native apple and pear trees. Indoors, we offer an atrium dining space for intimate ceremonies and parties, as well as a library parlor and billiards room. Book overnight accommodations for the honeymooners, wedding party or out of town guests.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Based in Thomaston, Georgia, The Woodall House is a classic wedding venue. Built in 1910, this stunning house has stood the test of time, and today, proudly welcomes guests to Thomastown to celebrate their private events. A carefully designed 2021 restoration reflects every detail of true southern charm, comfort and elegance. The owners, Brandon and Kari Creamer, are proud to re-introduce The Woodall House to locals and visitors alike. Staying true to the original build by Dr. McKenzie, the interiors of this house have been refreshed and updated. The Woodall House features multiple areas for hosting events. Couples can use the brand new covered event addition for their ceremony and reception as well as the covered front porch. Other events besides weddings are also welcome here. We offer a variety of spaces to host your next event. Our space can accommodate a variety of gatherings including, but not limited too, baby and bridal showers, graduation, birthday gatherings and much more.

We are on the bluff, looking over the valley with great views. Far from the hustle and bustle of town. We are very different from most venues. We only host 25 weddings a year. We want each bride and groom to have the time and not rushed on the most magical day of their lives.

Built in 1928, the Piedmont Room was first the home of the clubhouse for the golf course that resided within Piedmont Park. Now, it hosts some of Atlanta’s most memorable occasions. The original Stone Mountain granite walls and ivy-covered windows remain in the foyer while the main room features a modern feel with soaring windows, dark bamboo hardwoods and 15+’ ceilings.

San Marco Preservation Hall, a registered historic landmark, was built in 1888 as St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Hall was moved across the St. Johns River and eventually made its way to scenic Fletcher Park on Atlantic Boulevard. Preservation Hall was renovated by and is operated by the San Marco Preservation Society (SMPS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized for the preservation and promotion of the San Marco neighborhood, which celebrates its centennial in 2025. This Carpenter Gothic-style hidden gem is available for rental along with Stockton Cottage - the perfect bridal suite!
