Our space includes all furniture and is well styled in neutral tones, allowing you to add your own decor and style , but not requiring too much work at the same time! It is easily transformed to match your vision and we have a wide selection of in house decor rentals as well. PHOENIX is edgy, hip, artsy and modern. No dusty country club vibes, but a lively and vibrant space to dance the night away. Formal sit down weddings have ideally 50 guests or less, but we can host up to 125 guests if you are ok with a more casual 'sit where ever you'd like vibe' Our indoor / outdoor lounge and patio area allows for onsite cooking like a taco vendor, paella, BBQ or food truck. Rancho Victoria Weddings provides a private estate experience, with flexibility to your needs and wants. Make it a weekend, a week, or still a wonderful amount of time at our venue for day-of events. We have a beer and wine license only, no hard alcohol permitted. You may use vendors of your choice, we just ask that they come for a site visit prior to the event date. One more thing! We have tables and chairs for rent: 72” rounds, rustic farm tables, and wooden folding chairs (fruitwood with ivory pad).

Our 3000 square foot space is located in the historic Cotton Mill district of Oakland. Just off the 880 freeway, Flowhouse is located just east of Brooklyn Basin and directly opposite the Embarcadero Cove pier. We have two beautiful dance studios that can be used for dancing as well as dinner set up. One studio can also be used as dressing room area. We also have a beautiful living room and lobby area that can be used for a buffet set up, receiving area, and cocktail area.

Pier 27 offers two industrial-chic event spaces perfect for wedding celebrations ranging from 100 up to 800. The City View Room (23,000 square feet), offers views of the iconic Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room, also on the upper level, and connected to the City View Room, offers views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room is the perfect room for a wedding ceremony or a more intimate wedding reception. Alternatively, say your nuptials on the Embarcadero Room (lower level) with an unobstructed backdrop of the San Francisco Bay and Bay Bridge. The Embarcadero Room (18,000 square feet), situated on the lower level, is industrial with exposed ceilings and cement flooring. It is lined with roll-up doors that can be opened, allowing direct access to outdoor space along the waterfront for a great indoor/outdoor event.
