Throughout a 1.5 year long wedding planning process, Erin was diligent, patient, encouraging, collaborative, detail-oriented, responsive, and 100% focused on what we as a couple wanted. Erin clearly brought many years of event and wedding planning experience to the table -- she balanced guiding us with best practices while also really listening to what we wanted. And, from our first meeting, we knew we could trust her completely, which allowed us to delegate responsibility to her and take things off of our plate. There were so many details and "event planning magic" tasks that Erin just knew to plan for and executed on. She and her staff also went above and beyond over the course of the weekend itself, handling countless things so that we could enjoy our wedding fully. “If you are looking for a day of coordinator you NEED to hire Melissa and Kourtney! They were nothing but amazing! I hired them for day of coordination for prior to that you’ll have 2 meetings and be able to call/text Melissa about anything you’ll need! She did a fantastic job coordinating the rehearsal and making sure everyone knew what they were doing. The day of the hemming on my underskirt was falling apart because my shoes had rhinestones and I could barely walk because how tangled it was! The minute Melissa and Kourtney got there, they pulled out their scissors and safety pins and fixed my dress in no time! They set up my ceremony space which was absolutely beautiful and made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be for the ceremony. After the ceremony they brought out ice water since it was so hot and then later brought us food from the cocktail hour and drinks. Which was great since we were starving! I didn’t have a dj because we had an intimate wedding and the yard games out in the patio, so Melissa announced everything for us which was amazing! I just couldn’t had made this wedding everything I’ve dreamed of without her and Kourtney! I’m sure there’s at least a million other things they did that I’m just forgetting right now that made my wedding perfect! I would give them 1,000 out of 1,000 stars if I could!”
