With on-site lodging, we're so much more than an in-and-out venue, making your special weekend much more relaxed. And the natural beauty of the retreat ... well, it sells itself!

We are a family owned farm with multiple ceremony sites, the most popular being lakeside. Our authentic 4,000 sf barn is garnished in rustic elegance for that comfortable country feel. You will enjoy the day in our beautiful climate controlled bride & groom's suites. Our staff will be onsite from start to finish to ensure everything goes smoothly and you have precious memories that will last a lifetime.

Firefly Lane is located on our 85+ acre family farm with two available venues. The Barn is 4000 square foot of climate controlled space and offers two ceremony locations, the Enchanted Forest or the Garden. The Chapel is an open air Chapel for your ceremony and a open air building beside it for your reception. Each venue has it's own private entrance on the property.

A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. Located in the Nations Neighborhood of Nashville, we offer two venues in one space: Nicky's Coal Fired, which can host up to 150, and The Maxwell Room, which can host up to 90. When you host your event with us, pricing is all inclusive. That means every dollar spent will go towards your event- no booking fee, room charge, or empty expenses. Ozari Events is located inside L + L Marketplace-- a food and shopping destination located in Nashville. The market holds many tenants, and while all the spaces filled up quickly, the largest space was not filled by a tenant. The space then became Ozari Events!

Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, & large windows overlooking the downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of what used to be the administrative building of Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we are fully equipped with an elevator, an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide two Ready Rooms, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror. Room With A View has an open vendor policy, so your special day 100% reflects you.
