Shelley is passionate about healthy cooking, entertaining, & throwing a great celebration. Anthony has worked in hospitality his entire career. He attended the city’s top hospitality & culinary school, where he aimed his career to catering and events. Knowing his passion will always lay in sustainable food practices & quality guest services, Anthony can now explore his creative abilities to turn your event into something spectacular.

Hello! My name is Allie and I’m the sole owner of The Hangry Lady. I have a 2 year A.S Degree towards dietetics and a Culinary Degree from Kirkwood Community College. After graduating I went on to be Chef de Cuisine at Caucho for 2 years, during this time I was named one of the ‘40 women to watch’ by the Iowa Restaurant Association. I then went on to be Executive Chef at Popoli for almost 1 year before closing due to Covid. This is when I decided to take a chance on myself and opened up the business I had always dreamed of. Our mission is to serve colorful, creative and delicious food, with high quality service to our customers.

Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
