Hiring elexis was the best decision we made. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Elexis and I cannot imagine what our wedding would have been without her. She knew our venue better than anyone and worked incredibly hard to give us the most amazing wedding. Elexis goes above and beyond in every single way, whether it be driving to another state to try a baker or finding the perfect cake stand on etsy or literally cleaning the bridal suite while the bride and groom dance...she's a magic making machine and truly cares about her clients and the events she plans. We began planning with Elexis at the start of covid for a June 2021 wedding at the Lake Placid Lodge. Elexis helped us navigate many, many issues with the venue and all of the constantly changing NYS covid regulations. Every single tiny detail was thought of; details that we never, ever would have thought of on our own. Elexis helped us with everything down to flatware, linens, the hunt for perfect chargers, and flowers and candles that I knew nothing about. She came up with multiple floor plans that would optimize the space and guest experience, she found us transportation for our welcome party, helped with rehearsal dinner and sunday brunch planning, gave us welcome bag ideas, and recommendations for the best vendors the area had. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to book amazing vendors with time to spare and did not have to book any second choices. The timeline she provides is excellent and will keep you on track to have the best wedding ever. Elexis works tirelessly for her clients throughout the planning process and throughout the event as well. It was raining on our wedding day (plan A was outdoor ceremony) and Elexis came to me and told me that the venue was adamant about setting up our ceremony indoors, and asked if I still wanted to try for an outdoor ceremony. I told her I did, and about five minutes later I saw the chairs being set up on the lawn. Elexis was there with us late into the night/early into the morning making sure everything was going off perfectly and getting things ready for our brunch the following day. She even cleaned up our bridal suite and made sure we had extra wedding cake slices in our mini fridge. Long story short: If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I didn't know about it, and our wedding was so beautiful and detailed that it put anything on my pinterest boards to shame. Now that the wedding is over, I truly miss talking to Elexis nearly every day!

Hiring Allie as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. It was so fun getting to spend time with her and getting to know her during this process. Cathy made every little detail of our fairytale wedding come true. She was terrific during the planning process. When I wanted to try to handle projects myself, she stepped back and let me handle them, but was always there if I needed advice or help with anything. When I needed her to be more involved and hands on, I felt completely confident and comfortable letting her take things in the direction that she felt was best. She was always quick to answer emails and talk on the phone to hash out big picture items or last minute details. The week leading up to the wedding Cathy was AMAZING. We spent almost 2 hours on the phone making sure every last detail was taken care of and exactly the way I envisioned it. She ran our ceremony in the pouring rain and was always cheerful and positive, she was there for me for moral support all afternoon while I was getting ready, she helped setup the barn and ceremony beautifully and made sure every detail was in order. During the ceremony and reception, she made sure that my husband and I were taken care of the entire evening. Our day was absolutely perfect from start to finish and Cathy's expertise, guidance and help played such a huge part in the success of our wedding day. Thank you Cathy!! Menaza (M. O. Everlasting) was amazing for my wedding as my Day of Coordinator. My wedding was on the large size (220 people) and had a lot of moving parts. My husband is Malayali so we wanted to incorporate his traditions along with my catholic ones. So this involved MANY extra details including 3 outfit changes, choreographed dances, and complicated family photos in many locations. To pull this off I new I needed help the day of my wedding. Menaza took care of everything, I had complete trust in her, she handled everything so I could just enjoy my day. When my photobooth did not show up she HUNTED them down and got them there and set up in time. I am so glad we had her! I could not have done it without her!
