Hey y’all! I am a professionally trained pastry chef. I attended pastry school in Chicago at The French Pastry School. After school I became an Intern at the French pastry school and was mentored and worked closely under world champion chefs. I have worked in some of the best hotels. Including the Palmer House Hilton and The Langham Chicago. I moved to Natchez to be closer to my family and to hopefully open a bakery soon.

In the early 1970’s, Paul’s Pastry Shop located in Picayune, Mississippi, began filling the King Cakes with an assortment of Fruits and Cream Cheese, then topping them with the brightly colored Mardi Gras sugars and sliced almonds… thus beginning a new tradition of the Mardi Gras King Cake. Our customers not only have the choice of the traditional cinnamon king cake, but also an exotic, deliciously filled King Cake with your choice of up to four flavors in the same cake.

Based in central Mississippi, but serving brides all over, Hailey is honored to have been a part of over 1000 weddings in the past 17 years. Early in life, she found a love for creating art through baking and designing cakes and sweets for all occasions. After denying many requests, Abi finally taught herself how to frost cakes.

My love for creating custom treats started about 3 years ago as I was planning my daughters birthday party. I decided to make Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Chocolate Apples as her party favors. I had so much fun with that experience that every week from then on I learned how to create new desserts and began making treats for family and friends for all occasions.

Pleasing palates through delicious sweet treats has always been my passion. Since a young girl, I’ve been the resident baker and treat maker of the family. It was only right I kick It up a notch and start creating beautiful masterpieces in cake, as well as continuing my custom made deserts and treats.
