Hello everyone, my name is Terence and I am the owner of Nepita Ice Cream! I have always been passionate about sharing a culinary moment with strangers. Being trained and having worked in Michelin starred restaurants, I learned how to make all sorts of frozen confections. That shaped me in creating Nepita, an artisan ice cream pop up shop offering flavors inspired by Corsica!

Milk Bar is a sweet (and occasionally savory) shop that’s been turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads, shaking up the dessert scene since 2008. Bon Appetit magazine called us “one of the most exciting bakeries in the country.” But you can literally just call us Milk Bar. We’re not big on feeding the hype beast. SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own. We import all products ourselves from Sweden, this way we can always ensure quality and the highest standards as set by real-life Oompa Loompas on site in Sweden and New York.

The Evercake concept started as I was ordering flowers online while skimming Pinterest for my toddler's birthday cake. I wanted a beautiful cake that I could add to a cart and have delivered. Why didn't this exist? A few months later, The Evercake was born. We are different in that we are strictly buttercream based (no overworked fondant here). Our recipes are tried and true, slightly less sweet, and with designs aimed to be worthy of your celebrations. We don't have a traditional storefront with overhead to worry about it, which means we don't have to mark up our cakes to account for this.

Minnie’s Bake Shop was started by Cathy Cook, who, for close to two decades, worked as a prop stylist on photo shoots for magazines, advertising and cookbooks. Her specialties included food, still life and interiors. After years of creating beautiful tablescapes for hundreds of cakes, scores of Thanksgiving pies and too-numerous-to-count Christmas cookies, Cathy decided to fulfill her lifelong desire to attend pastry school. So, while still working full-time, she enrolled in the Professional Pastry Program at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York.
