Where elegance and frugal unite. The Davis-Shai House is a historical 1861 estate and wedding venue that offers classic charm that marries elegance with affordability. Our Camelot room offers large windows with natural light, a gorgeous crystal chandelier, and views of the front gardens. The Fairview room has a fireplace, glass doors to join the Camelot room, and doors that open to the outdoor veranda and front gardens. In-house catering or preferred caterer with a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: indoor tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. We can accommodate up to 125 seated guests inside and 350+ outside. Tent rental is available if needed. Please inquire if you are interested in hiring our professional photographer.
