FM was incredible at walking me through the process and the full service package is worth WAY more than what you pay for it. I felt incredibly prepared for flower arrival from all the phone calls, videos, and paperwork they sent including detailed recipes and schedule for the week. We had some hiccups with Hurricanes and delayed shipping. They called me to initially tell me they would be a day early. Then when they didn’t arrive called again and explained they’d been held up in customs(obviously no ones fault). They then sent out an entire extra box of blooms to be sure we got everything we needed. Flowers were beautiful!!! Spending time with my sisters and family putting them together was truly the most fun wedding prep. Within 24 hours, Melissa sent a very thorough itemized proposal with the exact flowers and items for us to confirm within our wishlist and budget range, such as bouquets, corsages/boutonnieres, the flower girl basket, the ceremony arch, table centerpieces, and wedding cake florals. The whole proposal signing and decision-making process was super smooth and easy. Something I thought was really unique is that they were able to repurpose our ceremony arch into our sweetheart table decor in order to reduce the cost, as well as repurpose the flowers in a sustainable way. We really didn’t need much additional decor for our wedding because the flowers brought everything to life within the venue space.
