because my daughter and I live in two different cities, and the wedding was near her, she handled most if not all of the details. once she started working with Becca, she felt so comfortable reaching out and asking any questions. All the vendors that Becca recommended were top-notch. if I questioned a decision or a choice, my daughter made she would say I talked to Becca about it and she approves and I knew after meeting Becca a few times that those were great choices. There's not enough space to list all of the reasons why Ruban Bleu team is the BEST! We interviewed multiple planners but felt an instant connection with Patricia. We got married on April 19th, 2024 in Bishop Arts District and everything went super smoothly thanks to the lead coordinator Tera and her team! We could not be more grateful for their services. I knew a coordinator was something that I wanted since our venue sis not have a get ready space (so I couldn't be onsite at the venue until an hour before we were getting married) and they were able to be onsite to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was able to help with setting up the small things we had at the venue and take off all the stress in the last few months I had before the big day. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator, I would say go for it! And Veil and Vine were very professional and reasonably priced for it!

I’ve seen Deena fight for her couples when vendors screw up or don’t deliver and *that* is the person you want serving you on the biggest day of your life. I’ve also seen her sitting behind closed doors taking the tag out of every. single. one. of those fun glow-foam sticks (the ones you see at receptions and just turn on magically by themselves) for 200ish guests. She’s committed, she’s passionate about serving you, and she’s there to make sure everything goes perfect for you. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We fell in love with The Gaston the minute we walked through the front door. We knew immediately that would be the venue we went with. The house is so beautifully decorated and there's so much detail every section you look. We loved the idea that it was basically turn-key so that all we needed to worry about were the dinner details and flowers. We booked Rhonda about a year out from our wedding date. With her experience and connections around the area, her recommendations were spot on to what we were looking for. She was realistic when it came to price in comparison to our wants, and provided alternatives to help stay within budget.
