This refurbished historic warehouse features a cool brick façade, inset with multiple windows and large, natural wood doors. Inside, you’ll find more exposed brick, arched doorways, a fully-equipped marble bar, commercial kitchen, and a mezzanine level set with plush lounge furniture. Get as creative as you like with this eclectic space—your rental agreement doesn’t require you to use specified vendors, so you're free to design your own décor, flowers, and room layouts, and use the facility in whatever way suits your vision.

WedEscapes offers elegant micro wedding and elopement packages at private wedding/event venues for couples desiring to be married, but can not afford, or do not desire, an expensive or large wedding and reception. Our micro weddings accommodate no more than 23 guests. The setting at most of the venues will be outside at privately owned vacation homes, beaches, parks, or in outdoor country settings, which are managed by our premiere partner, TGI Property Management & Consulting, LLC, who manages a portfolio of vacations rentals throughout South Carolina including; Charleston, Columbia, and Greenwood.

Paying homage to traditional French cuisine in a lively and welcoming environment, Brasserie la Banque celebrates life’s memorable moments from impromptu drinks to convivial gatherings and leisurely meals. Led by owner and industry veteran Steve Palmer of Indigo Road Hospitality Group, the restaurant is a culmination of Palmer’s work and his passion for the classic French brasserie and its cuisine. The menu features a selection of traditional French dishes alongside more innovative fare. Aptly named for its previous role as a city bank, Brasserie la Banque is located within the iconic 1 Broad Street corner building that dates back to the 1700s.

With over 25 years experience in the event industry we have a lot to share to bring your vision to reality. We are a full-service Venue and are able to assist from start to finish or we welcome you to just use our facilities. Whichever situation you prefer we are here to make sure your day is everything you envisioned! Our Venue holds 150 seated dinner guests and 230 people for a cocktail style event. We offer onsite catering from $14-$25 a person. Our Bar Collections are from $9.00- $15.50 per person, with a $500 setup fee added. You can use our caterer or bring in your own, however you must use The HIVE'S Bar Service. We have many menu options to choose from. We would love to put together a detailed proposal on your entire event design just for you.
