When we started planning our wedding, finding the perfect venue felt overwhelming. That’s where Mostest came in and completely saved the day. Thanks to their Venue Match service, we found our dream spot—the Prospect Park Boathouse. It was exactly what we envisioned: beautiful, intimate, and full of charm. Mostest made the process so easy by narrowing down options based on our style and budget, which saved us hours of research and back-and-forth on quotes. My favorite part of the service was contract review, where they breakdown each line of the contract so nothing surprised us. We also used their Day-of Coordination, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when they recommended a Junior Coordinator too. Our wedding had two locations—ceremony and reception—and having a point person at each site was a total game-changer, so I'm glad they guided us. It meant everything ran smoothly, and I didn’t get bombarded with questions or last-minute details. The Junior Coordinator handled all the logistics at the ceremony while the lead coordinator managed things at the reception. If your budget allows it, splurge for this add on for sure. Together, they made sure every little detail was perfect. I recommend Mostest to everyone - we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing about the details. She saved my life. I know that sounds dramatic- but it's true. I work full-time and was just getting too stressed out planning my daughter's wedding, so I looked into wedding planners. I landed on Tiffany by the sheer luck of Google. She immediately got us organized, and I was feeling better. Then we lost our venue- it closed...permanently. This was late May, the wedding date was Saturday Oct 14 and Save the Dates had gone out. I felt hopeless. I was frantically searching for an alternate but by 11pm that same night, Tiffany had options for us. The place we chose that she found, was lovely and they could not have been nicer. It was actually nicer than our original choice. She was my BEST WEDDING DECISION. She is organized, communicative, affordable, smart, funny, well-connected. She worked so hard for us. I'll never be able to properly express my thanks.

Brittney was great from beginning to end. She was very responsive throughout the planning process. Her spreadsheets were super helpful to keep all of the information in one space and to keep us on track. She kept an eye on the budget and coordinated all of the vendors. She handled mailing the save-the-dates and invitations, and the RSVPs, as well as lodging logistics and welcome bags. On the day before and day of the wedding she was there trouble-shooting and making sure all went smoothly. Couldn't recommend her enough!

The Get Together Events Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. We spent a little over a year planning for our big day in May, and were so excited to start meeting and planning with TGT a month out in April. From our very first call with Justine and Jenna, we knew that we were in good hands. They have such fun and helpful personalities that we immediately felt at ease planning those last few bits of our wedding with them. Throughout the planning process, they proved to be incredibly dependable, organized, and meticulous, ensuring every detail was accounted for. Justine was our coordinator contact leading up to the wedding, and she was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions, getting us organized, and putting together a fantastic timeline that pieced everything that we'd been dreaming of together! She was also available whenever we had concerns or just needed to chat things out! From start to finish, Justine made us feel prepared and ready to tackle the day. On the day-of, Jenna was our coordinator on-site. She was equally amazinggg in helping us feel prepared, taken care of, and free to relax and enjoy our wedding day while so much was going on around us. She also did an incredible job setting everything up before we got to the wedding venue - we were especially excited to see how everything would come together, through the small details and touches that we had dreamed up and were still just concepts in our mind - she absolutely crushed it! Jenna felt like a real trusted friend that we could go up to at any time during the wedding, and we are so so happy that she was there. TGT's knowledge and expertise was so invaluable, overall, and the final result was an incredible wedding day that exceeded all of our expectations! Everything came together so beautifully and seamlessly. We cannot recommend The Get Together Events Co. highly enough.

Working with the Oso team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We actually hired them about 2 years in advance, so we got to work with them for a super long time! One of the biggest reasons that we wanted to hire Oso specifically was because of their decor inventory, which was 100% available to use at no additional cost with their full wedding planning package. Weddings can be extremely wasteful in terms of decor, so it was nice to be able to consciously be a bit more sustainable! We honestly ended up hiring Oso for so many other services as well — Michelle did an amazing job with our signage, they also have a great photobooth package, and Michelle’s sister owns Bobaholics so we were able to get a discounted rate for a boba bar! It really felt like a one-stop shop :) Michelle, Gen, Raymundo, and Gennie were all so helpful in coordinating with vendors and giving us wedding advice/guidance - working with them also gave us confidence that we weren’t missing any important steps or details of wedding planning. They were also available by text/email anytime, and they always responded extremely quickly, which I so appreciated! Talking to them felt more like talking to friends who were super passionate about wedding planning! On the actual day of the wedding, my husband and I felt so stress-free because of Oso - they seamlessly guided everyone to stay on schedule, had walkie talkies to communicate with each other, and constantly asked us if we needed any food/water/etc. They took care of passing out our vendor tips, and set up all of our decor with time to spare! When people ask us for wedding planning advice, we always say that hiring a planner was the best decision we made - specifically Oso Events! They are truly the best at what they do :) We could not be more grateful to them!

Lizzie jumped in as our wedding planner midway through the planning process and didn’t miss a beat! She made every part of the process so seamless. She really took the time to get to know us and our style/preferences and recommended vendors that fit our needs perfectly. We were initially introduced to Wilder Minds Events after one of our friends recommended them to us for wedding planning. Aside from deciding on my husband, choosing Wilder Minds event planners was the best decision I made for my wedding. We started working with Delaney and right off the bat I knew we made the right decision—Delaney was attentive and quick to respond to any texts/calls/questions we had, although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power 24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives. My husband and I are both genuinely sad that our time planning with Delaney is over and we will miss hearing from her on a regular basis very much.

From literally the first second I spoke with Erika, to the last moments of my wedding, she was the most caring, helpful, personable, and calming person I could have asked for. It was literally as though she cared about my wedding just as much as I did. She quite literally took the vision I had of my day, and brought that vision to life more than I could have ever imagined. She will be your right hand woman, hype woman, and anything you need her to be. She handled all communications with vendors and pointed them in every single direction throughout the entire process, taking it off my plate. She took all my crazy ideas (timing the exact amount of seconds each bridal party couple got to walk down the aisle so I could walk out at a very specific time, hanging every luggage tag I had made for every guest in alphabetical order, picking up last min things I forgot, and everything in between...), and brought them all to life with a smile on her face! I had several vendors reach out to me and tell me she's the most organized and fun planner they have ever worked with, and I can see why! If you're thinking of hiring Erika, DO IT. I did not have a stress in the world the entire day because I knew every single detail I had planned was going to go perfectly because of her, and it actually did. There was not ONE single thing during my day that went wrong and I got everything I envisioned and it's truly because of her. HIRE THE PLANNER!!!!!!!! ALSO - we had Erika's husband, Hunter, as our photographer and LET ME TELL YOU that if you're thinking about hiring the two of them together, DO IT!!! They coordinated our timeline and worked SO WELL together - we had guests tell us all night how much fun our photographer was and how amazing our planner did. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. I don’t say this lightly as a makeup & hair artist, sometimes wedding planners don’t really take the time to ask us how much time we’re going to need, they start off with a set amount of time we can have and then we try and squeeze into it. Jennette though really started our relationship off with, what do you need and how can I help you & I really totally appreciated it. She was extremely organized and gave me EVERY SINGLE DETAIL I would have emailed her to ask for in advance. All the way down to a map of the venue and where we’d be getting ready. Which is huge, because while I’ve been to so many venues in this area, sometimes it’s been a minute and my memory won’t jog enough to remember where I need to go once I get on site. We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

Sarah was so helpful in our planning process the last few weeks leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. She was super responsive and available to answer questions throughout the process and give recommendations. Her recommendation on wedding dress alterations saved me 600 compared to the first place I went to! There is a lot that happens in the last 4-6 weeks before the wedding; all of your vendors are reaching out about final details and decisions, which Sarah helped us handle. She took the initiative to email all of our vendors which took the stress off of us and allowed us to only work with her in the final weeks as she communicated everything out to the rest of our vendor team. I believe our wedding was the first time she and her team had been to our venue – Riverside on the Potomac in Leesburg, Virginia – but you never would have known it. In particular, she nailed our timeline, which was such a big help for us not to have to think about much. On the wedding day, she was on top of everything and from my husband's and my perspective, everything went to plan and there were no hiccups! She does everything through Google Docs and Sheets which makes things super easy for you to work on as you have time and it’s nice that it’s all done in one place, not back and forth through lots of emails!

How much does a wedding planner cost?
