Ken's assistant, Chris, walked around with a camera attached to a ring light in order to capture both candid and posed shots. Guests who were dancing or lounging at their dinner tables could easily join in the fun of a photo booth, as it came right to them. Ken allowed my sister (the maid of honor) to use his dj booth for a slideshow during her speech, which was an exciting surprise for me (the bride) and all our guests. He was overall very patient with all our requests and even shared edits of the songs for the first dances, making sure everything was just right before the big day. Ken did a fantastic job making our wedding a night to remember. His skills as a DJ and his flexible approach really made a difference in making our day perfect. “Funktastic Productions Llc. was an absolute hit at our wedding! From the very first interaction, their communication was quick, friendly, and super detailed - they clearly cared about making our day perfect. And that's exactly what they delivered. I chose to have live piano and violin at my ceremony and they sounded beautiful together. They played every song I requested with depth and precision- even the fairly new music (I requested Birds of a Feather for the recessional, and they NAILED it!) They provided mics to the musicians and the officiant stand, which ended up being a lifesaver for us. The DJ and violinist were both fun and talented, keeping the dance floor packed all night long. DJ Servaun in particular did an amazing job matching the vibes, emceeing, and balancing in the moment song requests with a killer playlist. Get the DJ with Musician accompaniment package!! The electric violin player lit up the dance floor & guests LOVED it! Quote: “Best wedding I’ve ever been to! I’ve never been to a wedding where ‘Not Like Us’ got a violin accompaniment”. I also used Funktastic for our photobooth service and it was one of the most popular parts of the wedding. People lined up at one point to take pics- and I was thrilled with the quality of the designs and service.
