PK + Hotel

Description

IF your venue is 80 miles or more from Fenton, MO. 1 or 2 hotel night(s) are required for the night before and/or the night of your reception. This is to ensure the safety of travel for your entertainer and provide the most enthusiastic and attentive care for your big day! Client is required to book the hotel and send Ashley’s the reservation for check in. The Client should use their group discount when booking Ashley’s with your other guests. Typical cost ($100 to $300 per night.)

All Packages come with a Plan of the Evening* that will be constructed 2 weeks before your event to finalize all information, so your wedding party and vendors are on the same page. Additionally, a wedding/ reception questionnaire will assist you in filing out detailed information needed to run your special day smoothly. ●Identify VIP and pronounce their names correctly. ●What your dedicated songs are ●Understanding what genres of music you would like played or even not played.

Ashley's DJ & Karaoke provided an exceptional experience for our weddings! Their communication style was exuberant, cheerful, and kind, and they approached the event with a truly creative flair. The quality of their work and value was unparalleled - they were punctual, ready, energetic, and dedicated throughout the entire event. Ashley went above and beyond for us, putting in almost fourteen hours of work and bringing so much more than just the music and karaoke. She made sure all six of our couples had their experiences tailored to suit their individual desires, and she truly brought the whole celebration to life. Ashley's DJ & Karaoke was the perfect addition to our wedding celebration. From the start, their communication was clear, concise and thorough, making the planning process a breeze. On the day of, Ashley was truly great - her engaging personality had our guests dancing all night, and she played all the music we requested. Before the party really got started, she even made sure to deliver our wedding cake to the tables so everyone could enjoy dessert. The sound equipment was top-notch, and Ashley went above and beyond to make our special day truly unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ - highly recommend!

Inquire Quotes 30 to 18 months in advance. Book your DJ ideally 24 to 12 months in advance, soonest especially for popular dates in the spring and fall. Ashley's offers handy free bonus tools to instill the utmost confidence of your DJ selection. Please see other Q&As for more details!

Once you have chosen your package, a $200 deposit and signed contract are required to hold your date. Start times do not need to be set in stone at this time, but the package selection must be. Digital deposits are availible on the second page of the contract and the balance is due day of your reception. You will receive an email conformation when Ashley's has confirmed completion of both the contract and deposit.

ABSOLUTELY! The typical reception has all the early check-off's; Entrance, toasts dinner, special dances. Then I open the Karaoke and Dance floor to your guests. I will play your "must play music", and group dances in between singers, or the rest of the night can be Karaoke at your request.

I can take Live music requests or stick to your playlist. I can offer Karaoke. Also, I will always respond to your communication promptly (with in 24 hours max). I welcome any further questions or information you have for me between our initial contact and the day of! After booking, I give you a questioaire and make a Plan of the Evening prior to your event. This helps me understand what specify you want to make the day run smooth!

FREE BONUS with your booking! The Questionnaire Breakdown: You get this as soon as you book to start working on and help you lay out what you want to do. After years of experience, I ask about any detail that you may want to include in your special day! You can option in or out of any tradition for example: You don't want a Father and Bride dance, but a Bride and kids dance instead. OR You want the Groom to have his own song when he walks down the isle, OR You want to exclude a wedding game for fireworks, ect. Ashley's will work with you to make your day unique to you both, and the information will be laid out in the Plan of the Evening.

FREE BONUS with your booking! Plan of the Evening Breakdown (POE): It is like a Wedding Planner for the day. If you have hired a professional, I will work with them in forming your timeline. If no professional is hired, no problem! Ashley's will have our own POE to make sure your day will run smooth and all your vendors are on the same page. A shared link Google Doc will be availible to you both. NO WORRIES, changes can still be made up to the day of; with the proper planning, they should only be minor changes at that point. If any delay or hiccup occurs day of, the POE lets me maneuver any situation and your guests be non the wiser!
