Would highly recommend this company. We found Desert Vibe through our wedding venue's preferred vendor list. Since our wedding planner was also from out of town, we wanted to get someone who has experience in the valley and connections to different vendors from the area. Not only was Bianca and her crew attentive, but they were kind and thoughtful and always willing to help us with our questions. Bianca was super responsive to our texts and emails as well. We relied heavily on Desert Vibe for our entertainment (DJ, photobooth, lights) and Danny nailed it as the MC and DJ.. taking our song recommendations and feedback and turning it into reality. They also helped us find live musicians and we really trusted Bianca with this one because we had never really heard them play before (Plena Vista Music). Everyone at the wedding loved the musicians and we were so happy with their performance. Lastly, we asked Desert Vibe help us with our welcome party the night before the wedding AND with a bridal brunch the morning of the wedding and they were able to executive everything and exceed our expectations. It was a lot of work but they never complained and again, exceeded our expectations for such a special weekend. If you're looking for a place to help plan your next event, especially if you're from out of town, start here!

Working with Desert Vibe Events was an amazing blessing! My husband and I were engaged for about 16 months and are both type A planners, but knew we wanted some assistance as we got closer to our wedding date so we could consider any missing details. Bianca and Claudia offered great support in the 90 days leading up to our wedding, and their set up team did a phenomenal job bringing our vision to life. Our family and guests were in awe of their work, and they were amazing at allowing my husband and I to enjoy our wedding day as guests of honor, rather than hosts. The biggest thank you to Bianca, Claudia and Alicia for making our day so special!

We had a fantastic experience with Desert Vibe Events for my daughter's wedding. They coordinated the wedding end-to-end, coordinating with not only the large contracts, like the church and reception venue, but also managed all the smaller vendors, such as flowers, hair/makeup, and photographer. They identified exactly what the venue would provide and augmented it when necessary to achieve what we wanted. They also provided the DJ/emcee, who was excellent. They help you plan in detail, and run the show on the big day, freeing you to relax and enjoy the event. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was blessed with luck in finding Desert Vibe Events to coordinate my wedding. From the get go, it was easy to communicate with Bianca and her assistant Claudia. I was comfortable to work with Bianca on my budget. Her dedication, professionalism, expertise and thoughtfulness made my wedding flawless and perfect. There were some unexpected adjustments that happened along the way and Bianca calmed me down every step of the way. She is magic with her impeccable attention to detail, timing and organization. She and her staff made the entire room sparkle wit the most beautiful table settings and the flowers were so gorgeous that it took my breath away. We did not want the evening to end! Thank you for making my wedding epic, beautiful and memorable!
