Hitman Entertainment is owned and operated by Mansfield, Ohio morning radio personality Tony Mitchell. Tony fell in love with being a DJ when he started spinning records at school and church dances as a 16 year old kid in Cleveland back in 1984. Barely old enough to drive, Tony and a posse of high school friends would haul all the heavy equipment in, play the event, and split the $50 fee (pretty good money back then!) among themselves. They usually blew most of the money at Denny's after the gig, but it was never really about the money back then. Tony knew this was his life's calling.

He began his career as a wedding DJ when he did his first wedding reception on a very memorable afternoon in July, 1988 at an outdoor wedding in Cleveland when the temperature hit a sweltering 104 degrees! To this day, that 1980's excitement of thrilling crowds at weddings, school dances, and parties remains with Tony, even though he operates his DJ service as a true Mansfield area business today. He is often the first name recommended by wedding vendors and school officials to anyone seeking a DJ.
