Definitely include the horns!
Lucky Devils Band was a fantastic choice for our wedding band. Their communication style was consistently supportive and flexible, which was crucial given all the moving parts we had for our special day. They were incredibly talented musicians who totally delivered on the value - their performance was worth every penny. We originally planned for a 6-person ensemble, but two weeks before the wedding we asked to add a horn section, including a talented saxophone player. They nailed every special song and moment we wanted to include, and the addition of the horn section added so much richness to their sound. We couldn't have been happier with Lucky Devils Band and highly recommend them to any couple looking for a top-notch wedding band.
Incredible Band
The wedding was held at our home for about 225 people May 10th 2025. We had an old rundown tennis court and I hung lots of lights and rented a dance floor. The Luck Devils 5 piece were amazing. Everyone talked about how great the were. Incredible talented professional musicians. We were the Lucky Devils that got to hire them!
Our Dance Floor was Packed!
The Lucky Devils Band was a fantastic choice for our wedding entertainment. Their helpful centralized planning site made coordinating all the details a breeze, and their high energy performance had our guests dancing all night long. The band provided seamless transitions between cocktail hour, dinner service, and dancing, keeping the energy level up and our wedding party engaged every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better band to make our special day truly unforgettable.
Lively, Talented Band
We absolutely loved having Lucky Devils Band at our wedding this past weekend at Calamigos Ranch. We began the process with Darren, who also ended up being one of our singers for the night. We had a guitarist for ceremony, a cocktail trio, and a 7 piece main reception band. The band was lively, played amazing music, and got our guests on the dance floor. Our guests commented on how amazing the band was. They played a wide variety of songs, but also respected our preferred genres, as well as those on the "do not play" list. My one critique is I wish they played all of the songs we listed as our top five instead of just a couple of them. They were timely, professional, and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend LDB.
