Madeleine's Musicians is a collective of professionally trained musicians who perform in a variety of styles across a large range of instruments! From solos to small ensembles, we can make anything you want to happen, HAPPEN. Our first priority is customizing the musical experience to the client and their personality. We always start with listening to your vision and from there build the unique wedding music playlist that fits you and your day best! We customize every aspect of your wedding music to your exact vision and musical taste! We learn special requests, include gear such as instrumental microphones and officiant lapel gear, ensure audio quality, and travel to SC, NC, GA, TN, VA, KY, and AL!

Madeleine was so incredibly friendly and easy to work with, and she worked diligently to accommodate every request my daughter made for songs, timing, planning, and the wedding location! Madeleine was also incredibly responsive and every time I reached out to her, she returned the communication momentarily and she never once disappointed! Madeleine has set a standard for her business and the musicians whom she employs which truly is unparallelled, and while I am not a wedding planner, I have planned three daughters' weddings and the musician whom she sent to this wedding was far and away the best I have used, playing beautifully haunting and ethereally stunning music that carried out over the mountains at an outdoor wedding magically. I could not have been more impressed with the violinist's ability and if you are looking for any musician (or a combination of musicians) to play at a wedding, a party, or any other event, use Madeleine's Musicians and you will NOT be disappointed!

Madeleine's Musicians were truly amazing! We were one week out from the wedding and still needed a pianist for the ceremony. We're so glad our planner found Madeleine's Musicians - they were quick, responsive, and open to all our requests. They were able to play video game/anime-specific music that was unique to our interests. We couldn't have asked for a better pianist for our special day!

We used Madeleine's Musicians for a corporate event and they did not disappoint! We will hire them again for out future events. Madeleine is so nice to work with and just an overall great person!

Our default is all black attire! We can customize to a color palette/theme if you prefer just let us know in advance!

All the time! If it's possible to play on the instrumentation you have selected then it will be done!

Yes to both! We will play for as long as you like - if it is several hours we will need breaks and schedule accordingly!

Yes, we have played for a diverse variety of events including a Chinese/American fusion wedding, Jewish Shabbat dinner, Greek Orthodox wedding, Indian wedding, and an 11-person stringed orchestra performance with Elevation Worship!

Yes, we carry insurance and if your venue requires it, can have a copy of our COI sent over!

We provide instrumental amplification (instrumental mics that clip on) and battery operated speakers. We can also provide officiant lapel amplification! For weddings with the piano that Madeleine plays, we provide a baby grand shell to go along with the keyboard to make it extra elegant and beautiful!

We typically arrive an hour before we begin prelude to set up, sound check, and chat with your planner/officiant/etc.

We perform in all styles imaginable - pop, rock, India/alt, classical, rap/hip-hop, and more!

We will travel anywhere, anytime and have gone as far as the military base in Havelock, NC which is 6 hours one way!

Don't worry! We have talented transcribers and arrangers who can create a custom arrangement just for you of whatever song you want!
