On the day of, it is our job to enhance your wedding vision, not take away. Specially crafted dance music edits and amazing lighting will surely win your guests over. Our couples have enjoyed hosting one of the best parties they’ll ever throw, their own wedding. My husband and I LOVED getting to work with Jeff for our wedding in November 2024! He was professional in every sense of the term and knew exactly what we were looking for in our music for the night. Husband and I have slightly less mainstream music tastes, but Jeff was still able to fill the night with music that we and our guests both loved. He also helped keep the night moving with things like dances, speeches, toasts, and bouquet toss. He even was able to create a custom mix of our first dance song (which was something we were really looking for) and work with my dad to keep our father/daughter dance song a secret until we got onto the dance floor. I would absolutely recommend Jeff to anyone who needs a DJ!

Jeff just DJ’d at our wedding yesterday, and it was truly the best night of my life!!! From the very beginning, Jeff was amazing to work with. We had several planning meetings leading up to the big day, and he made sure every detail was perfect. His “must play” section in the questionnaire was such a great touch - we got to hear every song that meant the most to us, which made the night feel so personal and special. The energy he brought was unmatched! The dance floor was packed all night, and his bottle service entrance package and CO2 cannon were absolute show-stoppers. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and we can’t thank him enough. If you’re looking for a DJ who will truly elevate your event, Jeff is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

Mystic River Entertainment was an exceptional choice for our wedding band and DJ services. Their communication throughout the planning process was very efficient and thorough, making sure every detail was accounted for. On the day of, their performance was outstanding - the dance floor was packed all night as they kept the energy high with a fantastic playlist. Perfect… that was our wedding day at Fox Hopyard. And Jeff Erhart of Mystic River Entertainment made it rock and roll! We could not have asked for a better DJ for the most important celebration of our lives. Jeff curated a uniquely personalized music experience for us, working tirelessly to meet with us, answer our questions and guide us through music choices. He helped us through was seemed like a daunting task… and we had fun doing it! His website and music selection app made it easy for us to imagine and create the ambience we wanted for ourselves and our guests. His on-site technology, from hidden microphones and multi-location speakers to accent lighting on the dance floor, was flawless and our guests commented on his expertise even after the wedding. We could not have been more pleased with Jeff’s delivery of classy welcome music to the momentous ceremony processional and recessional guitar pieces we so carefully chose. Cocktail hour tunes were festive and really set the mood for our evening, seamlessly transitioning to our reception entry and dinner tunes. And the dancing… wow! Everyone loved the vibe and good times. Jeff’s personal touch of a private dance under the stars was a special and memorable end to the best day of our lives. I always wear a suit (typically black & white) unless otherwise directed by the couple.

We are fully insured and can provide proof for couples and venues.

We typically arrive no later than two and a half hours prior to ceremony unless there will be a more complex setup, in that case, we arrive earlier.

A travel fee is applied when the event is being held farther than 75 miles from our business in Gales Ferry, CT. Hotel accommodations will be applied when the event is over 100 miles from our business. There is no cost to setup or breakdown and that time does not count towards your arranged time with us.

We do offer music and sound systems (wireless mics, etc) for both ceremony and cocktail.

We are happy to hear your guests suggestions but are very cognizant of our couples style and any music they do not want to hear.

There are no additional sales taxes that you as a client have to pay.

Everyday :)

We believe in creating that perfect soundtrack for the day (a mixtape to some). We listen to our clients very closely and help them select each and every song. We believe in customizing the experience, both in sound with special edits and in lighting, to ensure every wedding is unique. Music, lighting, and other enhancements can have as much meaning in shaping the wedding day as the flowers, decorations, etc. We want to show you how to do that.

We offer uplighting, accent lighting, CO2 Cannon, intelligent moving lights, dj edits, and photo booth (based on availability).

As an Open Format DJ who enjoys quick mixing everything from today's Top 40, Classic Hip Hop, EDM, to music of the decades. I particularly enjoy the remixes of the 90's and 2000's.
