I did a lot of research to find what I felt like was the perfect musician for our wedding day. I wanted someone that could play the classics for our ceremony but then bring fun and energy to the cocktail hour and Marvill was exactly the right fit. He was so easy to work with- we had a very small wedding so did not have a planner and Marvill was all set up before I even realized he had arrived. He was a champ playing in the hot sun during our ceremony and we were all so impressed with his talent. You won’t regret hiring Marvill!

What an honor for Marvill to play at my mother's retirement party (or as she called it a "Radical Reset" party). We originally found out about Marvill when he played at the DC Wharf, while celebrating my mother's birthday at a nearby restaurant. We knew we would have to use his services one day. Marvill was a pleasure to work with! He was on time and handled himself like a professional. He has an extensive song list to select from, including holiday choices. The written agreement made was well thought out and clear. Everyone at the party loved it and my mother was especially honored. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!
