The Royal Dukes Band was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding! Their communication style was breezy, casual and fun, which perfectly matched the vibe we were going for. The quality of their work and the value they provided was amazing - they had such an eclectic and unique repertoire that kept our guests dancing all night long. They interacted so well with our guests, singing everything with such energy and passion. The band was truly fantastic, playing every song we wanted perfectly and keeping the dance floor packed the entire evening. Marisela, Quentin, and the rest of the 8 piece Royal Dukes Band took our wedding on March 8, 2025 to the next level! Marisela was the perfect MC to ensure everything was staying on track the whole night. She and Quentin sang beautifully the whole night! The whole group did an amazing job and our guests had the best time dancing the night away! We especially loved the saxophone player! The Royal Dukes Band was absolutely fantastic for our wedding! From the start, they were quick to reply to all of our questions and communicated clearly about the timeline and logistics. On the day of, they were incredible - the keyboard player set the perfect tone for our ceremony, the jazz trio kept the energy high during cocktails, and the full band had the dance floor packed all night long. They have such a fun, lively energy and really knew how to read the room to keep everyone engaged and having a blast. The playlist they curated was spot-on, and the photobooth service they offered was a huge hit with our guests. We would highly recommend the Royal Dukes Band to any couple looking for an amazing band that will make their wedding reception unforgettable.

We set everything up with the Royal Dukes Band ... then Corona hit ... but their commitment to us and flexibility never wavered! The professionalism leading into the event made us very comfortable and then we had multiple special requests, which they executed too. Plus, the music - which was absolutely incredible. An all-around outstanding experience!!

Of course! We love to travel! We do charge extra for the time depending on the location and you’ll need to cover transportation and accommodation for all band members. Ask your producer for a quote based on the specifics of your event. PS–if it’s within a couple hours, that’s included within our basic package at no added charge.

Absolutely! We’re an all-inclusive band with a broad musical repertoire. Want classical music for your ceremony, a jazz set for your cocktail hour, and dance party reception? You’ve got it. Speak to your producer for more specific details and requests.

We play a wide variety of music. From Top 40, to classics, to classical and jazz. You can get an idea of the musical styles you can choose from on our media page.

We have a solid repertoire of songs that will please all of your guests from your 6-year old niece to your grandfather. It’s always important to have some freedom to read the room on the night; but our number one priority is pleasing YOU. Just let us know what you want to hear, and, if it’s not already in our repertoire, we’ll work with you to make your night perfect.

Of course! Just make sure you give us enough notice of your special request so the band has time to learn your song.

The band can absolutely play during dinner, but we’d recommend using your sets when your guests are ready to stand up and get dancing. Our typical event reception includes 4 x 50-minute sets with short DJ sets between the band sets. If you would like a dinner set, please let us know ahead of time as we defer to playing after-dinner sets unless otherwise instructed.
