Q: What do you wear?

We dress to impress but not to steal the show. No uniforms here, you’ll see us in blazers, cocktail dresses, button downs and heels. Basically, anything that makes us feel good and look good. We are happy to accommodate dress codes such as black tie upon request.

Q: Do you learn new songs?

Our packages include 1-2 special request songs. These are in addition to the songs on our setlist. We take time to transcribe, orchestrate, and rehearse the songs that make your day unique.

Q: What makes you different from other musicians?

When we hear "wedding band" we hear "Fake. Phony. Cheesy. Corporate." Those words describe most wedding bands, but not SpeechLess. We take pride in being more than a cover band. Our creative original arrangements highlight the raw talent of the band and truly separate us from every other wedding band. Our couples don’t say “I had a band at my wedding,” it’s “I had SpeechLess at my wedding”.

Q: Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

Yes we do! We have fantastic classical strings, pop strings, or jazz/funk ensembles. These are all great additions to your ceremony and cocktail hour. Please ask us for quotes and instrumentation.

Q: Do you showcase? Can I see you live?

About two years ago we decided to stop showcasing due to time constraints. We have put a load of time and energy into professional videos to show you our bands breadth and talent from the comfort of your home. Also - all of our videos are recorded LIVE! We don’t do music videos. You can also check out our Instagram to see some clips at real cocktail hours, corporate events and conventions.

Q: What is included in your pricing?

Our pricing depends on the ensemble you’re interested in, but in general your package includes travel, set up, reservation, sound equipment, and the orchestration/rehearsal of 1-2 special musical requests. For receptions, we include standard emcee services, and a party light bar.

Q: Are you a set band or random musicians?

We are a set band! While remaining a boutique band, we have 2-3 professionally trained musicians at every position to be prepared to handle any situation that could arise. All of our musicians have bi-monthly rehearsals to make sure the band is tight and properly rehearsed!

Q: How do you interact with the crowd?

We’re professionals and we take your day very seriously. That being said, we don’t take ourselves that seriously. We’re here to party. To us that means dancing and singing with you and your loved ones and making sure everyone is up on their feet all night long.

Q: Can you MC for my event?

Basic Emcee services are included in your package, should you reserve us for your wedding reception or corporate event. Typically, this role is given to one of our talented vocalists.

We truly can’t say enough amazing things about SpeechLess Music and the ZooKeepers party band. They brought the energy, the talent, and the fun—and completely exceeded our expectations. I’ve never seen a wedding where every single person was on the dance floor all night long. From start to finish, they kept the vibe electric and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how fun the night was. So many people mentioned how this was truly the most fun they'd ever had at a wedding, and SpeechLess was certainly responsible for that! Beyond their performance, they were an absolute dream to work with. The planning process was seamless, and they were always quick to respond, super organized, and genuinely thoughtful in how they approached everything. My husband and I spent a lot of time researching music for our wedding because it was one of the most important elements of our day. I had always dreamed of walking down the aisle to violin, specifically to “Enchanted” by Taylor Swift, so finding the right musicians was essential. After discovering Speechless Strings on YouTube, I knew they were the perfect choice. From the very beginning, communication was seamless, and the entire team was incredibly accommodating to my requests. Most importantly, their performance on our wedding day was absolutely breathtaking—everything I had envisioned and more! Speechless was the perfect wedding entertainment for our special day. Scott, the owner, and Mari, the coordinator were excellent communicators and were organized, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was exceptional - they were professional, fun to work with, and incredibly talented. Their music went perfectly with the laidback, joyful vibe we were going for, and Tashane, our DJ kept the dance floor full all night long. Tashane was very responsive, flexible, and read the mood of our guests perfectly, and ensured we had the wedding day we envisioned. We couldn't have asked for a better entertainment experience to make our wedding celebration complete.

Speechless did an incredible job at our wedding! They were very helping and communicative during the planning process. They allowed you to really pick and choose what worked best for you which allowed to make things more or less expensive depending on what you wanted. The day of, they were amazing! We did the DJ and sax combo and the sax player was truly incredible-so engaged with the crowd and it was really the best of both worlds-to be able to hear all the original versions of the songs you loved with the interaction and fun of live musicians!
