I’ve been a DJ in Gainesville and the surrounding communities for over 20 years. I worked for the largest DJ company in the area for over 8 years, gaining valuable experience in working all sorts of weddings, parties and special events. After earning the reputation as one of the most respected DJs in the business, I decided to venture out on my own and create Wayne’s World.

I have worked extensively with the most prominent people in the wedding business in Gainesville and come highly recommended. Reputation is everything in this business, and it would be hard to find another DJ company in Gainesville whose reputation can compare with mine. I’m extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and flexible to provide you with the event of your dreams!

    I have attended a few events that had Wayne as the DJ and decided I wanted to have him DJ at my wedding. He was phenomenal and everyone loved him. I would highly recommend!!

    We originally thought we would just create a playlist on our phone and make do for the wedding reception music, but as the date approached, we realized we wanted a professional DJ to keep the flow of the evening, make announcements, open the floor for toasts, and start the bouquet and garter toss, in addition to playing the music. We are so glad we made the decision to hire Wayne's World Entertainment as it took a huge weight off of our shoulders during the reception. The consultation was thorough and helpful, and he asked questions we hadn't even considered. Plus, he was one of the most affordable DJs we looked into, and we can't imagine what more expensive DJs could possibly provide that he didn't. He exceeded our expectations and then some!
