Bare Bash Package

Description

This is the most basic package. This is ideal for couples who just need 1 or 2 bartenders to serve. I simply show up and I serve your guests. You are responsible for all of the rest of bar items. ***Alcohol, ice, cups, straws, napkins, and mixers, and any garnishes all are provided by you. This package is ideal for customers that will have a fully stocked bar area available with ice and all the bar essentials all ready to go. 100 guest max. We provide 1 bartender per 50 guests.

Description

This is our most common package. Two bartenders. I bring 2-3 tables with black or white covers, 2 large coolers that hold ice, cups of various sizes, napkins, straws, basic mixers, basic garnishes, ice and a water station. You supply the alcohol.

Description

Bash N Boozy Plus Package is everything you'd need for your event besides the alcohol. This is ideal for events of 150-200 guests. We do everything except purchase and deliver the alcohol.

Having Bash N Boozy bartend for our 40th birthday was a no brainer. From the beginning she was easy to work with and listened to what we needed. She was professional and punctual and always smiling. She helped us create our signature cocktails and even did a mock-tail for the non-drinkers and the kids. I highly recommend her services for your event.

I do not provide any of the alcohol by law. I work with you to estimate and calculate what alcohol you would need for your event and we work together to create the best options for your specific needs. By law, I can only serve the alcohol you provide to/for your guests.

I can provide almost everything except the actual alcohol. After we book your event, we connect via a zoom call and further discuss details and your drink menu needs to provide you with the best experience possible. The more details you provide helps me give you an accurate price.

Yes. Payment plans are accepted. The final payment is due 15 days prior to the event date.

We recommend meeting at least 2 times. These meetings will be over Zoom. One meeting will focus on finalizing drink menus and headcount, etc. The final meeting will be to go over final venue and event logistics and final payment etc.

We are willing to travel up to 2.5 hours from where we are located. Anything beyond that will be extra cost. We generally serve the capital district, Hudson Valley, North Country, Mohawk Valley, Central New York region. Contact me to see if your area requires an extra travel fee.

We provide a minimum of two bartenders at all events. However, our own rule is 1 bartender per 50 guests. Each bartender is paid per event plus they are expected a minimum tip amount of $150 per event.

We do allow kegs, we just ask that you have them iced down and in position prior to us arriving. Also, we don’t have tap equipment so you would need to rent that from the place you purchase the keg from.

We do have a tip minimum to ensure that our bartenders are paid well. We don’t expect this to be an issue that comes up at your size event, but we want to make sure that our bartenders are compensated well for their time.
