    Jaylen is absolutely amazing…. We wanted a special drink from out honeymoon that wasn’t even on the menu and not only did she manage to provide it she also made it match the theme of out wedding and colors! Genuinely such An amazing process working with mercury rising. It was an entire experience for our guests during out cocktail hour. I will most definitely be looking to hire them again at our next party!

    I had a wonderful experience working with Mercury Rising for the bar services and beverages at our wedding. Their communication style was warm, welcoming, and playful, which made the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work was truly top-notch - they went above and beyond to provide specialized coffee flavors for the bride and groom, and the decor of their bar cart perfectly complemented the overall wedding decor. The coffee itself was absolutely delicious, by far the best I've ever tasted. I would highly recommend Mercury Rising to any couple looking for a meaningful and very good wedding bar experience.

    MERCURY IS AMAZING! I have Jaylen a vision of an Italian wedding theme and she went above and beyond what I could’ve expected!!! The menus were exactly what I was envisioning the perfect Italian flare! We decided to go with the extended package for the affogatos and they were a huge success. They doubled as a dessert for our cocktail hour. I will 100% be using them in the future. Their attention to detail and the passion they pour into every event is seriously amazing
