We are Heather & James, and we are so excited to provide you with our adorable trailer at your event. While we are both veterans of the military, we have been working in special events as a side business for over a decade. We moved our family to Ridgefield from Boston in 2011 and have loved calling this community home. We enjoy camping with our sons and our three dogs in our spare time. We are an inclusive business that caters to any event, including family-friendly service. We look forward to celebrating with you!
We have a adorable teardrop style tap trailer that has the ability to be customized to your special event. We are able to do both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We also provide pouring services for additional beverages, if needed. Our trailer does not require any power to operate and is small enough to fit inside a variety of venues.

This is the perfect solution if you are planning on having an additional cocktail hour with smaller beverage options, if you would like to have multiple beverage stations, or if you would like to offer up to 6 served beverage options! This is also a great option if you would like to utilize the trailer for adult beverages and keep the non-alcoholic options separate!

Supportive wonderful partner!
Heather and James were incredible in the lead up to my wedding. Heather was so patient with me, helping me make decisions about the alcohol at my wedding and offering tons of options for me to choose from when discussing how best to utilize the tap truck at my wedding. She worked with a mixologist to produce two batched cocktails that were an overwhelming hit among my guests! It was awesome to feature two of my favorite beers alongside the mixed drinks, and wine on top of that. Heather James also sourced nonalcoholic drinks, including diet Coke that they served, and sweet tea that guests were able to help themselves too next to the water station. I cannot recommend PNW Mobile Taps enough for your wedding or event! I am already looking for a reason to hire them again. Truly a pleasure to work with, and a wonderful addition to our special day. It wouldn't have been the same without them!
AMAZING PEOPLE AND SERVICE
My husband and I were more than happy with Heather and James, there was a miscommunication with the venue which was not their fault and they were very adaptable and made changes, they also helped me make sure my cupcake table was pretty because it had gotten set up wrong, as well as assisting with opening the doors for me to walk down the aisle! Not to mention they are so kind and genuine. Our guests loved them as well and were very impressed by their tap trailer and thought it was such an awesome way to serve beer/cider (our choices). We planned our wedding from out of state and Heather was super helpful and informative and she made this part of the planning process a breeze! 1000/10 if I could give them more stars, I would. Absolutely amazing and I appreciate them being a part of our big day!
