Pour Decisions Event Bartending is a mobile bartending service out of Pine City, NY. Our converted vintage horse trailer mobile bar will bring the party to you, which has a 2 keg tap system in the trailer. We are a dry hire bartending service, meaning you provide the alcohol, and we provide the rest. Our packages start at just bartending services and go up to personalize the perfect package for your next event.

Pour Decisions Event Bartending was wonderful to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, the team was responsive and straightforward in helping us plan the bar services and beverages. They provided excellent value and were super friendly throughout the process. They helped us determine the right amount of alcohol to order, which made that part of planning stress-free. Our guests absolutely loved the bartenders, and the unique horse trailer bar was an excellent addition to our reception. We highly recommend Pour Decisions Event Bartending for any wedding or event!

Alexandria was very graciously swooped in at the last minute and saved us when another vendor dropped the ball, which in itself is incredible but we had a BLAST hanging out with Pour decisions!! They were so sweet and on top of everything. Getting married is so hectic and they made it so easy I didn’t have to worry once. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are.

Pour Decisions Event Bartending was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding! From the very beginning, their communication was responsive, prompt, and incredibly flexible. We felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the day of, the bartenders were quick, personable, and provided such a fun experience for our guests. Everyone is still raving about how great the drinks tasted and how efficient the bartenders were. They even went above and beyond, cleaning up at the end of the night and offering to bring any supplies we needed. The team at Pour Decisions gave us such wonderful tips leading up to the big day too. We would highly recommend them to any couple looking for top-notch bar services and beverages for their wedding!

A dry hire bartender is a bartender who is hired to provide their bartending services without the inclusion of alcohol. In a dry hire arrangement, the client provides their own alcohol, and the bartender is responsible for mixing and serving drinks based on the provided inventory. This approach is used so that the client can handle the purchasing and stocking of alcohol themselves, and no one is responsible for a liquor license. Being a dry hire bartender allows the event hosts to hand select the liquor they want for the event, while being able to purchase from a distributor, without the markup.

Yes! We have many rentals including backdrops, champagne glasses, patio heaters, a mobile bar horse trailer, and beverage dispensers, just to name a few!

I would always recommend booking as soon as you can for wedding vendors, as the dates typically seem to fill up fast!

We serve all of PA and NY, but are not against traveling further for the right opportunity.

We do not have a minimum guest count for weddings. Most of our packages serve an "up to" amount, but we are extremely flexible to cater to individual needs, whether that amount is more, or less.

Typically, most couples request a phone call rather than an in person meeting, but we are flexible in accommodating, whichever you prefer. As we pride ourselves on perfection, we will be in contact in the months leading up to an event to hand craft a menu, as well as discussing final details.
