Founded by Dayshawn Nellon, a U.S. Army veteran and former Starbucks manager, the business was inspired by the idea that coffee creates connection. Whether at weddings, corporate events, or pop-ups, we focus on delivering quality drinks with intentional service. With a sleek setup, customizable menus, and a passion for community, we bring warmth, culture, and memorable experiences to every cup we serve.

    I bought The Smoked Slayer from The Brewed Collective as an anniversary gift for my parents, who are both serious coffee lovers—and it couldn’t have been more perfect. They absolutely loved it—especially the bold dark chocolate notes, which added a rich, full-bodied flavor without being too overpowering. My dad even said it paired perfectly with his Romeo y Julieta cigars, which is high praise coming from him!
