The Derby Bar provided outstanding bar services and beverages for our party. From the very first interaction, their communication was professional, honest, and open. They exceeded our expectations with their knowledge and allowed me to focus on other party planning. The Derby Bar's elegant bar trailer became a focal point of our party, bringing such a fun and vibrant vibe to the party. We were impressed by the trailer's nicer and more elegant build out compared to others we had considered. The built-in greenery backdrop and audio equipment they had on board also saved us money on additional rentals. Nope, nada, zero. We go wherever your event is. Its included in the package price

No minimums, no max guest count. Our package pricing is flat fee for all attendees. However, we would like to know your head count so we have enough product on hand. Don't wanna run out!

As soon as you know dates, book us! We operate on a first come first serve basis. So the sooner the better.

Far & wide. Southeast Michigan is our home, but if you have a venue somewhere else, give us a call to discuss.

We do not include alcohol. The State of Michigan prohibits us from purchasing alcohol for your event. We cannot accept any payment for alcohol either. Purchasing alcohol must be done by you separately. You or your caterer provide the alcohol and we will take care of the rest! We are here for you every step of the way though. From planning how much to buy, to a suggested shopping list, and we can even coordinate the purchase with your preferred vendor. Coordination of this service is included in all our packages at no additional cost.

We know it can be a real bummer when the music stops at the end of the event. Well with Luna Belle on site it doesn’t have to! We have a bluetooth amp that drives some pretty good speakers to keep your party going. All you have to do is connect and you become the DJ. Oh, and that’s included too. No extra costs.

Luna Belle is not a small trailer. She is 18’ long, 8’ wide, and 8’2” tall. So getting her in and out of a specific location does take a significant amount of space. For a comfortable set up she needs a spot 25’ long and at least 12’ wide. Luna Belle cannot be pushed or pulled into a spot. A proper tow vehicle must have room to maneuver her into place. Outdoors is best. If you do not have an area large enough - the street will work too. Luna will not fit under standard residential garage doors.

No, they are not required. However, she is most efficient with a standard household plug.. A generator is available if electrical outlet is not an option. This is included at no additional cost. A water source is preferable but not required. A simple hose bib connection is ideal.

Unfortunately no one can predict the weather. Especially Michigan weather. Unless your venue has a large garage, barn, or building - it’s ok if Luna Belle is exposed to the weather. Your guests, on the other hand, may not enjoy it much. Rented tents are a good back up option and we can discuss specifics with you when your event date approaches.

Yes we do. In fact we don’t even charge extra for using them! Most places charge 3% or more for the convenience. But not here. We don’t like to be “nickel & dime’d” either.

Cold drinks are important, and making sure they stay cold in the hot Michigan Summers days is something we take seriously. All of our equipment is top of the line commercial refrigerated units, so drinks are served at frosty temperatures. Wines are served at their recommended temps too. We also bring enough ice & coolers with us to host a KISS concert. So no matter how hot the weather is for your event your drinks will stay cold!

We require a $800 deposit and a completed contract to reserve your date. We operate on a first come, first serve basis - so best to get your booking done early. Click the red “Book Now” button at the top to see if your date is available!
