With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. We are still dreaming about the incredible wedding cake and mini desserts provided by Gingerly Baked for our special day! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and utterly delicious. Our wedding cake, a lemon raspberry creation, was hands down the most amazing cake I have ever had in my life. Seriously, every single guest raved about it. The flavors were perfectly balanced – the bright, zesty lemon complemented the sweet tartness of the raspberry beautifully, and the cake itself was incredibly moist and flavorful. It was not just a cake; it was a true highlight of our reception. And let's not forget the mini desserts! They were equally incredible. Each bite-sized treat was a little piece of heaven, offering a fantastic variety that catered to everyone's tastes. Our guests couldn't get enough of them, and they added such a fun and elegant touch to our dessert spread. Beyond the phenomenal taste, the presentation was stunning. We used Gingerly Baked for our wedding and they were truly wonderful, lovely, talented, amazing! (I could go on and on). Every single mini dessert that we chose was absolute PERFECTION! So delicious and beautiful! Our guests were obsessed with the mini desserts and having multiple options was great for our dessert-loving crowd. We got a tour of the kitchen during our tasting, which was also very cool to see where the magic happens! Highly, highly, highly recommend Gingerly Baked!
