Our cakes come tall and our specialty is buttercream; we do not use fondant. We love using fresh fruit and high quality raw ingredients to produce balanced flavors that have just the right amount of sweetness while retaining their natural, key-note taste; you and your family won't feel guilty going for a second slice, we promise.
