My passion for food started at a very young age; I grew up in the kitchen and was always observing, eating and creating. Save Room For Dessert is your creative partner. We encourage you to eat wild! We like to think outside the box and have fun with flavor. We can create new flavors together, stick with something traditional or transform a cocktail into a cake; a cake-tail if you will! The final moments are just as important as the beginning moments.

Everything we do is personal to each client; because each celebration is personal. We recognize customization matters, and that's exactly what we do! We know planning is a big part of celebrating someone or something special. We offer a full planning service: delivery, setup and working directly with your event planners & venues.     Amanda is an absolute artist and made our wedding cake dreams come true! From our first conversation, she listened so carefully to what I envisioned, and the final result completely exceeded my expectations. Our cake was a breathtaking four-tier masterpiece adorned with the most beautiful floral details—it was elegant, timeless, and exactly what I had dreamed of. Not only did the cake look stunning, but it tasted absolutely incredible. We had so many guests come up to us throughout the night raving about how delicious it was—truly one of the best cakes we’ve ever had. Each layer was perfectly baked, flavorful, and moist, and the flavors she helped us choose were a huge hit. Amanda was also wonderful to work with—responsive, organized, and so kind. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and I always felt confident that we were in the best hands. If you’re looking for a baker who can create a cake that is both a showstopper and absolutely delicious, Amanda is it. I’m so grateful to her for adding something so special (and tasty!) to our wedding day.

    We hired Amanda for our wedding and she made the most beautiful two tier cake alongside delicious chocolate cupcakes. She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and was such a delight to work with. I highly recommend hiring Save Room For Dessert!

The quality of her work was outstanding, using only the freshest ingredients to create the most delicious cupcakes and wedding cake we have ever tasted. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, keeping us updated every step of the way and helping to make our wedding day truly special.
