We offer a wide range of treats that are Gluten Free, Low Calorie, Low Carb, and Protein based. Since our opening we've developed a loyal fan base, all it takes is one bite. NO. Our vegan donuts do not contain any milk products. * Please note that our regular donuts do as our protein is a derivative of milk in addition to other milk products.
Yes! If you have a celebration or event on the horizon please feel free to reach out to us. We request that special orders be discussed/ordered three weeks in advance of the date desired. Customizing a donuts ingredients/flavor we request 1-3 months this is a case by case request.
Horray, yes we are thrilled to answer this question every time we are asked. Our team is more than happy to share one of our diabetic customers tested glucose results with you, upon request. Our donuts are low in carbohydrates and sugar thus having little to no spike for one's glucose levels. Please feel free to reach out if you would like more information as the owner is an active paramedic.
If you are on the Keto diet we recommend the Peanut Butter Bomb as the net carbs is lowered due to the dietary fiber. The donut is higher in fat due as in naturally occurs in peanuts. We also recommend the Chocolate Sprinkles for similar reasons. Our other donut flavors are relatively keto friendly. Please contact us for more information.
