The Cupcake Bar was the perfect addition to our wedding! The coordination was easy, the staff were friendly, and the actual cupcakes were out of this world!! Our guests kept raving about them. Highly recommend!
Donut Wall Was a Hit!

Who wants a cake when you can get a donut wall? We decided to go with The Cupcake Bar for our custom designed donut wall and they absolutely delivered. The donut wall was gorgeous, delicious, and a huge hit with our guests! We had a wonderful experience working with Kim and Alexa up to the event. That tasting blew us away, and we knew we were in good hands. Alexa designed the vinyl for our wall, and she was fantastic. We so appreciated the extra time and care she put into designing our custom vinyl backdrop. It was stunning and exactly what we wanted! Ashlee served our guests at the wedding, and she was excellent. She really helped bring the fun element we wanted our guests to feel! We're also grateful for the time she took to box up the extra donuts and packaging two of them especially for us, too. All of the donuts found good homes at the end of the reception! All in all, we're so happy to have found The Cupcake Bar and had them at our wedding.

The Cupcake Bar was one of the highlights of my wedding! Guests raved about getting to create their own cupcakes, it was such a fun interactive experience. They offer such a wide range of flavors that are all delicious, as well as yummy toppings, fillings, and frostings. The girl who ran the table at my wedding noticed how busy my husband and I were and even packed us a to-go box for the two of us to share, it was so thoughtful! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, it was that amazing!

Absolutely! We specialize in designing the perfect package to suit each individual event, and we work closely with our clients to embody and amplify the spirit of the wedding. From logo toppers to signage and more, many elements of our services can be customized for your celebration.

We offer an extensive array of cupcake flavors, fillings, icings and every kind of candy, sprinkle and sparkle you can imagine. The menu also changes seasonally and can be customized to suit your event. We provide menu options during the complimentary consultation, and we also offer private tastings.

Location is no limitation. We can set up indoors, outdoors, at your home, office or almost any venue. We have catered events in Austin, the Texas Hill Country, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and College Station. Travel fees apply for events outside of Austin.

We are based in Austin, Texas, but we do travel for events. Because we specialize in events, we don’t have a storefront. We are by appointment only.

Yes, everything is made from scratch—no cans, no mixes—and freshly prepared right before each event.

Most clients choose the full Cupcake Bar experience, but we also offer limited delivery of custom cupcake creations, cupcake kits and corporate gifts, based on availability.

Yes! We would love for you to try our cupcakes. Tastings run 30-45 minutes and include a variety of our most popular flavors. Should you decide to book our services, your tasting fee of $30 will be applied to your final balance.

When it comes to wedding desserts, we love to think outside the bakery box and provide your guests with fun, unique, and interactive sweet treats. Options include The Cupcake Bar, The Doughnut Bar, The Doughnut Wall, Roaming Treat Bars, The Caramel Apple Bar (seasonal), The Dessert Bar, The S'mores Bar, and more!
