At The Purple Sprinkle, we believe desserts should taste even better than they look. Chef Bri is the face behind the business. She is a classically trained Pastry Chef and has been baking with family recipes her entire life. She has experimented with hundreds of ingredients and uses this gift bestowed upon her to create delicious, high quality desserts. Our goal is to make you smile with these original recipes that she has created using her Professional Knowledge, Culinary Education, and Personal Experience. We want you and your guests to taste the love and passion that goes into every bite.

Every artist is unique in their own way. At The Purple Sprinkle we pride ourselves on our scratch made recipes and the years spent working on learning on how to decorate in many different styles. Anything from a simple semi naked cake to a sculpted hyper realistic cake, we love to do it all. With our culinary school background, we have a Bible of recipes and are able to offer all kinds of desserts from cookies and petit fours to brownies and cupcakes. We offer full service dessert buffets that include full design and execution. We would love to be a part of your wedding, bachelorette, showers, and rehearsals too!

    Working with The Purple Sprinkle for our wedding cake was such a fun and easy experience. Chef Bri was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and so easy to communicate with. The cake tasting was a breeze, and she let us choose a different flavor for each tier of the cake to cater to all our guests' preferences. We chose lemon with raspberry filling, vanilla almond with white chocolate buttercream, and swirly marble with Oreo buttercream. She handled the cake with such care, and it turned out beautifully. Honestly, the best cake I've ever had! It was moist and after the wedding we got compliments on how tasty the cake was. The Purple Sprinkle helped make our wedding day extra special!

    Chef Bri was a bri-eeze to work with and was super accommodating with the groom's allergies! The desserts were AMAZING and flew off the table. We really appreciate her willingness to drive out to the venue, set everything up, and provide serving ware and everything we needed. The cake was PERFECT! Thank you Bri!!

    When my husband and I were tasting cakes and speaking to bakers...we tried A LOT of cakes. And I mean a lot. When I tell you that the second we tried Chef Bri's cake samples, we were blown away. These are cakes like I have never tasted before in my life. They are incredibly moist and so flavorful. She has the best variety of flavors and was willing to accommodate anything we suggested and asked for. Even if that meant creating a fondant model of our dog to put on the cake! What really blew us away was the frosting she makes. I am not a frosting person by any means. But Chef Bri's frosting is like whipped cream! It is so amazing I literally could eat it with a spoon. Besides the cake itself, Chef Bri is so kind and helpful. She really shows that she cares and puts her entire heart into creating beautiful creations. She is also very affordable and you can tell she is not here to take advantage of you. I adore her and her art, and I cannot wait to place my next order. We love The Purple Sprinkle!
