Alejandro “Alex” Barbosa is a lifelong lover of fire and meat, dedicated to crafting honest, live-fire barbecue since 2015. A Texas A&M graduate with a BS in Biomedical Sciences, Alex pivoted from healthcare to barbecue, turning a passion into a full-time business. Known for USDA prime brisket, beef cheek barbacoa, and caramelized pork belly banh mi, he’s catered for top musical artists in Colorado and countless weddings across the state. Featured on Cooking Channel's Man Fire Food and a regular at major festivals like Telluride Blues & Brews, Barbosa’s Barbeque is a Colorado staple.
