Hi, I’m Michelle - owner and creator of Charcuterie ATX! What started as a passion for entertaining (and a deep love for cheese) turned into a full-time business in 2020. I now specialize in luxury grazing tables designed for weddings and special events. Each table is carefully styled with artisanal cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, fresh veggies, dips, nuts, and edible flowers — creating a colorful, elegant spread that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.     I had the opportunity to assist Michelle, the incredibly talented owner of @charcuterie.atx, in setting up one of her signature charcuterie tables for a wedding with 60 guests—and it was nothing short of stunning. The display was vibrant and artfully arranged, featuring a wide variety of fresh, delicious options including curated meats, cheeses, seasonal fruits, salads, and gourmet bites. Every element was thoughtfully placed to create an eye-catching, abundant layout that truly elevated the event.     I have ordered from here a few times and every time it’s so beautiful and delicious. Great for events! The last time I ordered we did a grazing table and Michelle was absolutely wonderful, she really brought my vision to life. Great communication and always on time!
